1) Make sure your equipment you will be using is charged up or has access to be plugged in before beginning your session.
2) Make sure you have a quiet place to communicate where interruptions are limited.
3) Make sure to have adequate internet service to carry the bandwidth. If there are multiple users using your internet at the same time, bandwidth connectivity may be effected.
4) Have a backup plan or cell phone number if connection is too unstable for visual platform. This may happen due to conditions beyond your control such as cable service interruptions or other weather conditions.
